Hand Bottled Limited Edition
Brewed with a hazy IPA base and followed up with a secondary fermentation on passion fruit juice and finally inoculated with Brettanomyces for a tertiary ferment over 6 months of flavour development.
Lots of fruity funk aromas and some classic barnyard hay. The flavour is light and fresh for its strength with a long characterful finish.
